Jenny's Chickens Gourmet Sauces is a family-owned business. There is no chicken in any of our sauces!!! Why our name...well, it's a celtic tune and we do have pet chickens and ducks. Our gourmet sauces are all handmade - all vegetarian - no preservatives - from our own family recipes with fresh vegies, fruits, juices and spices. No wonder why our products are packed with flavor!

Sofrito --our own Green Salsa --a mixture of cilantro, onions, green peppers, garlic, jalepeno, lime and other flavors and is prized as the secret flavor in Latino cuisine such as beans and rice, quesidillas, soups, and is also used as a marinade for meat, chicken, pork, seafood. Jenny's Sofrito Salsa Verde (green salsa) is ground like a relish which makes it easy to add to all your favorite recipes. Our own family uses Sofrito to flavor everything we cook...we even use it on hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs and tuna sandwiches!
