Jenny's Chickens Gourmet is a family-owned business since 2000. There is no chicken in any of our products. Our name hails from a common Celtic reel played on either fiddle or bagpipe. Several of our family members do play the bagpipes and fiddle and enjoy doing so while eating our delicious Lemon Curd for breakfast and desert, Sofrito Salsa for Lunch and Dinner and our Habanero XXX Danger Hotsauce to remember why we are alive and give that kick we all sometimes need.

Jenny's Chickens Gourmet sauces are all handmade in the great state of Maine using only the very freshest ingredients- all vegetarian - never any preservatives. Unique and simply Delicious!

Used like a jam...Jenny's delicious handmade Curds are sheer decadence, we love our deserts and take them very seriously. Satiny lemon curd, lime curd and orange curd --a traditional Scottish favorite-- buttery jams for breakfast, teatime or desert. Jenny started off making her curds as holiday gifts for family and friends. There is a reason these British treats have been enjoyed for centuries and by high royalty! Home
